I really like these you have to get a bolt and knife from your hardware store. Make sure you have a strong secure beam to hook it to but they work great I use them every.

I am 78 and I still do strength exercises, but at my age joints tend to be a limiting factor. This device was designed for doing hanging ab' exercises and is excellent for doing so. But with a little imagination it can be adapted for other exercises. I use it for Lat' isolation pull ups and rear Delt's/Rhomboids cable pulls, (flyes) across my chest.I found it useful for isolation of these muscles when doing isometrics.
