Will this stop all water from going into skimmer?

Yes it does. Be warned though. If you lock it on and completely seal off the water, it is extremely difficult to remove. When I do pool filter maintenance I only lock it on the bottom and the sides.

Do you need to replace the skimmer frame plate in order to attach the aquadoor coverto the skimmer?

Yes, you need the frame pictured above the cover.

Are the face plate and lid cover both included in the price?

Yes they were both included and it works well

My hole pattern doesnt look like that. Do they make a different one.

There are a few different sizes, that I do know for sure. The main thing my pool guy told me was to count the bolts in the skimmer face you currently have, then match the number to those in the Aquador. I did that, even though I wasn’t really believing him, but he was right.
