This is generic Unisom, which I've taken for more than 15 years and nearly always sleep very well and feel rested upon waking. Very good value for the money - unless you must have name brands, this absolutely fits the bill and works.

I have tried almost every sleep aid including prescription. These actually work most of the time. They are easy to swallow, somewhat small, and work within an hour or so for me. This is almost a miracle as I've tried so many things. Now they don't always work the same, but then most things don't work at all for me so I'm happy.

It helps me got to sleep and stay asleep! Not wake up in the middle of the night like most. But make sure you have at least 6 hrs to sleep or you well wake up a little doggy

The sleeping aid works around 7/10 times. Ever-increasing affects of the pandemic has completely recked my sleeping schedule. These sleeping aid pills actually work, but I noticed that if had a bit too much caffeine that day the aid takes significantly longer to work or doesn't at all. When it works around 70 percent of the time I wake up energetic and I truly had an amazing sleep. The pills for this helping people go to sleep work very well, they're gel-filled capsules and, as a result, they have no flavor at all. When I converted from my previous sleep aid it took the better of a week for Wellness Basics to work efficiently but when that happened they outperformed any other sleep aid. They are well priced online and I am delighted at the results. I have no morning issues and when I wake up in the middle of the night to perform a necessary trip to the bathroom. My sleeping has improved. Not habit forming. Easy to swallow. I take two around 6 PM; not every night and I notice that if I wake up out of my sleep for anything; drink restroom, etc., I am not sitting up all night. I fall right back to sleep.

Now that I’m retired and living on a fixed income, I have had to cut down on expenses wherever I can, so decided to try another sleep aid that might be cheaper but work as well as what I’ve been using. I decided to give these a try since they are half the price of what I’m currently using! These work great and seem to help me faster than what I have using and at half the cost! Good choice!

I've just begun trying this, so I'm not really sure if my occasional good night's sleep is a fluke or the result of this sleep aid. I usually bite into it to release the liquid and then toss the rest: It makes the inside of my mouth "tingle" briefly.
