Comfortable and Decently Sized
Bought this to use as a guest mattress intending to store it in a spare closet. 10/10 on all fronts for my purposes. I’m a 150lbs, 5’10” man and found it perfectly sized.I ditched the microfiber cover that came with it because I read that it was prone to tears and I can’t stand the feel of microfiber anyways. Instead I ordered a cheap mattress protector (like the kind that protects from spills) and used that to cover it before throwing on a bedsheet. Works like a charm. The mattress took about a full 24 hours to completely fluff out, but once it did it’s been very comfortable. I’ve had it for a few months and periodically I’ve had to use it as my bed for weeks at a time and it’s been very comfortable and shown no serious signs of wear.Initially I was concerned because I have chronic back pain and even purchased a hybrid memory foam mattress for my “proper” bed years ago since bed comfort was very important to me. However I’ve had no problems after sleeping on this, finding it perfectly thick and easy on the spine. I’ve had guests sleep on it for a whole week and also said it was very comfortable for them. Even more comfortable than my pull out couch bed.The biggest downside is how difficult it is to roll it back up. My spouse, who is much weaker than myself, is unable to roll it up alone. But I find it fairly simple, if tedious, to compress, roll up, and clip and tighten the fasteners by myself, and I would consider myself to be of average size and strength. Regardless it does roll up tight enough to fit into a pretty small closet and still leave room for other things, just takes a bit of work. I think that extra effort should be expected for a mattress of this thickness, though, so it does not negatively impact my review. This is a million times better than an air mattress and I would absolutely recommend.

Love!!
got as a birthday gift, and have heard great things back. it folds easily, is very comfortable to sleep on, and is durable (our cat was the tester). it’s exactly as shown in the image appearance wise, very functional for a small room, and well worth the money.

Super comfortable for my poor broken back! This is my primary bed now, I would buy it again!
I love this tatami futon mattress so much!I'm someone with spondylolisthesis, spinal arthritis, and cord compression, so sleeping is kind of contentious and difficult for me. Hard surfaces hurt, but so do squishy surfaces. This mattress is thick enough to hold its firmness, but it's not so firm that it causes pressure points or pain. It's soft enough to be comfortable and not feel like I'm sleeping on a board, but not soft enough to sink and misalign my neck and hips. The mattress arrived shrink-wrapped in a way tinier box than expected; it was shrunk flat and folded in half both ways. It took less than expected for the mattress to poof up and do its thing once it was unwrapped. Some reviewers mentioned a chemical smell upon unwrapping, but I didn't experience this or notice any smells. It was pretty comfortable the first night and had reached its full thickness/height by the second night. My neck and back are more comfortable in the morning than they have been for years of sleeping on a traditional mattress with springs. The only discrepancy I noticed is that the quilt lines are sewn in a "wavy" pattern, but the picture shows straight quilt lines. It's actually prettier with the wavy pattern, in my opinion. The charcoal grey color is true to the image and nice to look at.This is my primary bed now, and I don't have it on a frame or anything, it's just a comfy floor bed. I would most definitely buy this again!

Comfortable but very difficult to fold.
The item is more akin to a traditional bed (place and leave be) than a foldable bed for better storage. It is very comfy if you like firmer beds but if you are buying this with the intent of folding it when not in use, while possible, it is very stiff so it will not lay flat. I needed to use additional weights to keep it folded. Otherwise, it will try to unfold itself.

Superior to air mattress
Guest comes over, they need somewhere to sleep, they’ll appreciate this over an air mattress. It’s thick, it’s comfortable. Got the queen size fits two adults comfortably.Yes, because it’s thick it will be a bit of work to roll up. You can get a vacuum mattress bag to really help with that. Overall it’s great and gets the job done. No complaints.

Super comfortable
This was so worth the price I can't get over it. It's very comfortable. It was very easy to assemble. It was very easy to roll up, and even comes with straps to help roll it up. The only downside I would say was the fitted sheet that zips. zipper wasn't properly attached and it does not close but I made it work. My mom help me fix it a little bit but we still have to play with it I don't think we'll really be able to take it on and off consistently. But either way was part of the free deal so I have no complaints. I'm very grateful for this The sheet material is actually very good material It hasn't done any peeling with little fuzzys like low quality can. We currently have it laid out on a futon. Thickness is good I have lower back issues and it doesn't set it off at all so that made me very happy.

Nice but very heavy
I thought this would be a good option for my Murphy sofa bed. Something I could roll up and put away during the day, but be warned that this thing is HEAVY! It was very awkward trying to roll it up and hard to move around and store. I ended up going with a fold up memory foam mattress because it is lighter and softer. This floor mattress is very firm and if you have hip issues like I do it is not the best choice. I think this would be a great option for a futon frame as a permanent fixture but if you need the versatility of something that is easy to move and store this is not it.

Very comfortable. Highly Recommend
We love this. Way better than the air mattress that we would normally use. Well made. Super comfortable. Looks great. Easy to store. I think I fell asleep on it and took a quick nap, as I was rolling it out for my daughters guests later that evening.
