I’m not seeing a lot of difference. About half way to the first month..

I've been taking Berberine for quite a while and like the results so far. This version has 6 different blended herb extracts. It is a 5-month supply with only 1 capsule a day. The capsules are easy to swallow with a slight Turmeric smell.I like that this is third-party tested, non-GMO, and Vegan. The lot I received has an expiration date of 05/2027. The bottle was about 3/4 full and was well sealed around the cap and over the bottle.Berberine, Turmeric, and the other herbs have been found to have health benefits. Each person is different and some have great results, some have good results, and some may have no noticeable results. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement.
