Battery is insane

Lag and screen closes all the time. Have adjusted all settings on this including screen time. Got this cause my old cell phone that I had was being used for security camaras after bought my new phone. When it went out, thought I'd get this since will only be hooked to wifi with only security camara downloaded on it. The screen constantly closes. The lag of cars and people passing by is so awful. If it cant handle that would never be able to handle videos or games. Do not recommend this phone, not even for a child. Old saying you get what you pay for is right. Should have just bought another 300.00 dollar phone for this. 70.00 gone. Lesson learned. Now have to use 5 yr old tablet. Which by the way works better than this. No lag or shut down.

The phone is fine. I like it a lot. This now is my third Umidigi phone. There is one real problem that again is now affecting me. The USB C input connector on the phone after awhile degrades and breaks. I have had this phone for about seven months and the C connector is not staying connected. The input on the phone plastic guide that on other brands and products has never been an issue before. For me this is the biggest issue for me regarding this phone.It took three weeks last summer to get a replacement because they did not believe I sent it in. So I gave them the tracking info and proved I sent it but I doubt they ever looked or noted the issues with the USB connector. Now soon within a few weeks I surmise from my history with the two phones preceeding this one suggests I will be waiting and waiting again for a phone that works. For me If they dont just immediately replace it [ after all it is the THIRD damn phone with the same problem that no other device I own has ever had a difficulty with....] It was so frustrating that they did not even look to see if it had arrived and demanded I prove it. Fine but how about after a day or two past the tracking due date maybe you could take some responsibility and look for the defective item you sold me and I now have to wait on Umidigi again. This issue needs to be fixed and those like me affected by it through more than one product should receive a upgraded phone that does not have this issue. Do that and I would agree to paste a review that would in most cases minus the c connector of course would make the review a good review. Will this third phone be my last phone from Umidigi?.

First of all I order this phone to give it to someone, the first order came open box when I supposed bought a new phone, they send me a used one the not even turn on, I call and they replace it but horrible experience with the phone company it’s not nice the you are experiencing a new phone because that’s what you pay for and they send you a used one and to send you a replacement you have to wait 4 days, and about the phone it’s ok for the what i need it for, but it’s a slow phone but for the price it works.

Phone is really slow just goes to a black screen would return and get something better the mediatek 6739 processor can’t handle even the simplest tasks p

I have loved my other UMIDIGI phones, but this unlocked for all carriers didn't work for Cricket, which is part of ATT.

Good price but the only problem was that it can't 3g to go online for Facebook etc. Call and text only

Worst phone ever created. Doesn't connect, takes five minutes just to open texts up. It's such garbage that the alarm can't even handle working because the phone is such trash. Don't, I beg of you, don't buy this phone. You're better off finding a payphone than using this trash. It's worthless and I hate having to use it. Get a Moto g. It's worth the same money and better than this hunk of complete garbage. I wish I never got this phone. I hate it more than anything in my life.
