Because people will be staring at this frame for hours. We've had ours in our kitchen for about 10 months now. It's big enough that people can sit at our table and watch the pictures, without having to move closer. The pictures are clear. It's easy to send images. I was hesitant to purchase because it's not cheap, but it is well worth it. This is an excellent, high quality digital frame, perfect for what we wanted. Highly recommend.

I really love digital photo frames and this Uhale is a nice fit for our home. The picture is very good, easy to set up, easy to upload pictures and the controls are intuitive with lots of personal selection. I think this is a great frame at this price point. I don't use the clock feature and I don't have it set for others to upload pictures but for some they would be nice features. There are only a couple of things I would have liked. I wish it came in black frame with the mat and I would like to see a few more options for photo transitions. I do like the gaussian blur setting for the picture background. I also foresee an issue with capacity. I literally have 100's of thousands of pictures from years of travel. I've only uploaded a few hundred to start and I've not tried the USB yet so I'll cross that bridge later. This was a good buy and I may put a second in my sunroom. Worth every penny for me.

Let's get this humblebrag done with - I pretty much invented digital signage at a small Princeton, NJ nightclub in 1994. I hooked a 386 laptop computer to a projection system (via a pricey PCMCIA VGA converter to composite cables - expensive and weird back then) and ran a PowerPoint advertising our bar specials and upcoming promotions. I naively shared this concept in a trade publication and at the Nightclub and Bar show in the late 1990s and of course a bigger fish borrowed my concept and crushed our startup. Fast forward 30 years, and I still do small digital signage projects for small stores, but have been struggling to find a mid-sized, reliable, attractive, and affordable photo and video display frame until now. The Uhale is the best digital signage solution I've found yet. The 21.5" diagonal non-glare screen is big, bright, with vivid colors and excellent contrast. The frame resembles a photo frame, and the included flat mount leaves just enough breathing room for adequate cooling, and mounts close enough to the wall to resemble framed wall art. There is no tilting or articulation available. Photos and short videos (up to 30 seconds) can be uploaded via the free Uhale app (iOS or Android), via SD card, or via USB-A. The process is fast and easy once you figure it out. The WiFi has been rock solid in two locations with this unit running 24/7 at a Painted Tree location for over 30 days, even through two inadvertent power outages. The software resets and initiates the slideshow automatically. I giggled as I saw other vendors having to physically travel to the store location to check on and manually start their shows. Two have upgraded to this system so far. One stubborn soul is still mad he spent over $2500 for a lesser system so he's sticking it out. Pros: - 21.5" is the perfect size for small counters, bars, kiosks, and other places where a TV is just too big. - The software initiates automatically and plays the last slideshow in the event of a power loss. - The screen is very bright, adjustable, with vivid colors, bright whites, and excellent contrast. - Automatically senses and adjusts for portrait or landscape orientation. - The Uhale software is free and fairly easy to use. - Upload via WiFi, SD card, or USB. Cons: - You cannot delete any images or videos via the app. This is a biggie. If you're running a sale and the sale ends, you need to go to the frame and use the remote to delete any relevant images. And... - If you lose the small remote, you're smoked. - Instructions aren't super clear, but the software is fairly intuitive. - Videos can be a little choppy, but it's passable. Guessing it has a small CPU to keep the price low. Overall, considering the price and functionality, this is an excellent solution for home users who like to display their selfies and fun photos, or for small businesses looking for basic digital signage without the pricey set up costs or monthly subscription fees.

This is a great product! I’ve hung mine on the wall, though it comes with a stand for a tabletop as well. I love having the pictures change every few seconds. By combining them all in this frame (will hold 100), I’ve freed up some wall space. Planning on getting one of their smaller frames for a tabletop. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. Lastly, their customer support is superb. I had to contact them for an issue that I most likely caused and they promptly took great care of me and fixed it.

I am extremely disappointed with this product due to several critical issues. 1. Misleading Description: I specifically searched for a touch screen frame, yet this product, like others, failed to disclose that it is not a touch screen. This was misleading and frustrating. 2. Unnecessary Account Requirements: To use the frame, it was mandatory to send an invitation to a friend to "join" the frame, even though I purchased it solely to display my pictures at home. This unnecessary step is inconvenient and intrusive. 3. USB Recognition Issue: Initially, the frame recognized my USB drive containing pictures. However, after unplugging the frame to mount it on the wall, it no longer recognized the USB drive when turned back on. I tried reinserting the USB and troubleshooting, but the issue persisted. 4. Complete Malfunction: After the second restart, the frame failed to power on entirely. Despite trying different power sources and replacing the remote's batteries, it never turned on again. This product failed at every level—from misleading features to fundamental functionality. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I am not using this like most people would. We have had other photo frames but this one is just mine I keep on my desk. I like to do the LOA and I have this kind of my Vision board. Its nice to see each time I look down pics of the things that make my heart happy. This was easy to set up and works great

Needed a little time to "fool around" with this frame. Today I found how to add photos from my computer and I couldn't be happier. I initially loaded them from a thumb drive and updated from my cell phone app but adding from the computer is a total game changer for me. The pictures are large and clear. Options to change slide show format is fun. Ability to play videos and photos is great too! I added a "border frame" over it and voila! what a difference! Thrifted a right sized plastic framed mirror, took the mirror out and hung plastic frame over the digital frame. GAME CHANGER again! Would be nice of company sold borders an accessory...

I was a little hesitant to buy this frame as it was much cheaper than others. But it's hands down been the best purchase this year. I use it hung in portrait, displaying posters and artwork. The screen has a matt finish similar to a monitor and doesn't have reflections. It's not as good as say a Samung Frame, but I am absolutely more than happy with it. The frame itself is larger than 21inches. The video screen itself is 21.5 inches, so the overall diagonal measurement is about 24 inches. It's a great size for the wall - i definitely wouldn't want go smaller, but the size is also not dominating on the wall. It came well packaged and presented. The software is very good, but there are few little steps when uploading or deleting image files that aren't quite intuitive. But still pretty simple if you're a bit used to figuring out apps yourself. There is no subscription required, but you do need an account if wanting to upload via app. The alternative is to save to an sd card. It has a scheduling function to turn on and off. It's very responsive - no lag in navigating screens or between images. There are a few transition settings to choose from. I have the backlight set to the lowest, and the image is great during both the day and night. It consumes less than 10 watts, so very cheap on the power. There's really no negatives things to say!

The quality of the frame is very good. The pictures are very clear and the software is easy to understand and use. It is very simple to upload pictures and short videos using the provided instructions if needed but even without them I could accomplish this as it is very straightforward. It comes with a simple remote which is great for controlling and manually flipping through photos at your own pace without having to be touch close to it. This item also can double as a digital clock and calendar with 4 different styles including an analog type and also has a current weather display setting. I have not tested other picture frames but this one so far has done it's job very well and is a lot cheaper than others of its size. I recommend giving it consideration to anyone wanting a large digital picture frame but don't want to pay considerably more for other brands.

it is good so far, and it quite easy to use. there is a little bit of difficulty to manage images when some photos was not imported (you dont know which one was not imported). other than that it should be ok. i bought 2 of it. no finger imprint and reflection (really happy at this point). Some of my friends already bought it, and many more is waiting for a sale :) to buy.

I bought a 21 inch frame which I think was the right size, anything less would be to small. This picture frame surpassed my expectation with the quality at the price. The display is bright, sharp, color neutral and the best thing is there's absolutely no reflection. It came with a built-in 64gb, a slot for SD card and USB-A interface. I plugged in my 1TB HD and it had no problems discover all the photos (must be less than 4Gb) and videos (limited to 1080p). I highly recommend this frame.
