Helpful with sleep and preventing foot and leg cramps
Magnesium is great for sleep and preventing leg and foot cramps. For some reason, I only get the leg and foot cramps when I sleep and using this prevents them. My sleep is great as I know this is essential and what we need so I will continue to take it. It tastes good. Pineapple flavor is very tasty.

I think I will be forever buying this magnesium because I am addicted to the flavor! It’s so convenient as well.
