I have two littles that love are fanatics about gems and treasures. These will be a lot of fun for them this summer in their kiddie pool and "pirate ship" (play scape). The size is great for little hands- about the size of a mini water bottle. And the gems are very colorful with lots of unique shapes. I'm a little nervous about the plastic treasure chest making through more than one summer, but for the price I think the overall quality is great!

The kids love these. They like to pretend pirates so these are perfect. Some of the jewels are small so be careful giving them to young kids. I would not give this to a child who still puts things in their mouth.The chests are 2.4 inches by 3.54 inches. You get 2 of them. The lid closes and opens easily. These are great for the pool, bath, or pretend.
