Skyflame 10-Pound Fire Glass for Fireplace Fire Pit and Landscaping, Onyx Black Reflective, 1/4-Inch

I used their calculation and needed to order 3 more bags. I’m totally spent just below $400 but my landscaper wanted to charge me $1875 for the same stuff. So I definitely saved money. 1 bag had an odd colored glass that didn’t match the rest but said platinum on the label like all the others so I just threw it on the bottom and covered it up. All in all I’m very happy. Amazon should tape it up more though. The box falls apart with 3 or more of these in there.

The color was just what I expected and got a decent amount for the price. I would have given 5 stars but the glass pieces are more edgier than I thought they were. Overall satisfied.

You’ll need 10lbs for very small fire place. Get more if you have a traditional size. I chose aqua

Replaced the red lava rocks in my propane fire pit with the pacific blue colored glass and it looks amazing. This is just one bag and it filled the pit perfectly. It’s so beautiful!

The media could not be loaded.  I have a 36in×36in firepit. Used a thin layer of lava rocks at the bottom and two 10lb bags on top. I absolutely love the color and simmer the glass rocks give.

I ordered the 1/4” platinum reflective fire glass for using in resin geode artworks. I wanted only clear and silver reflective as shown in the photo. However, the “Platinum Reflective” is not crystal clear. It has a slight blue hue to the clear glass. I was disappointed, but will use it anyway in another project. I just want to let others know this before they buy. Maybe the seller could include that it has a slight blueish hue in their description.

I will use this fireglass for large resin geodes.The pieces are alot larger than hoped for.
