Does this pillow stay cool. Absolutely not. The one I ordered has a velvet textured cover and it's definitely not cool but I absolutely love this pillow anyway. It's like sleeping in a big hug. I wish the zipper covered a bit more ground so that removing the cover and putting it back on was easier but other than that, I love it.

I’m a 64 year old. I wish I would have found this pillow along time ago!The head neck rest is a perfect size. I don’t wake, up with a neck ache .Having something to hold onto and the other side lays along my back, I seriously have this secure feeling.I recommend for anyone not just pregnancy 🫶🏻

I bought this as a suggestion to help with my bad habit of sleeping on my stomach and aggravating an old neck injury. Not only has this improved my sleep but the flare-ups of my neck pain has diminished drastically! I even took it with me on my most recent trip and slept great!The C shape is perfect because it's very comforting to snuggle as it will hold you. It's incredibly soft and holds together very well.The only downside is that you get only one cover which can get hot to sleep with on warm nights. Best to sleep with this using a light blanket with cold AC and a fan. Regardless I still recommend this pillow!

I need pillows to support my knees and back as well as neck. I’ve spent too much money on cervical pillows that I just wasn’t impressed with. This pillow is perfect for all my needs. And it feels like it’s hugging you when you’re on your side. It’s perfect for when I swap sides throughout the night.

I got this because the other sleep systems are so pricey and there is no guarantee that they will help with pain. While this has the right shape to be useful, it is surprisingly short. I am 5'1" and it cannot be under my head and at my ankles at the same time. I sleep on my side with my legs stretched long with a slight bend, otherwise I get severe low back pain. In order to use this I have to be in a tight fetal position, or my feet are left flopping with no support. The stuffing is loosely distributed throughout the pillow, leaving some spots with a less than desirable amount of stuffing. I found the cover to be hot, making me sweat, which is also less than desirable. I think the best thing about this pillow is the price. I'll probably return it.
