Really lovely shoe but these are US sizes unfortunately mine had to go back as they sent the wrong size. And to go up to the next size the price went to over £100!, so didn’t bother

I have been wearing Clark shoes for more than a decade and first time bought online here. I didn’t feel it’s genuine.I am sorry to say.

BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU BUY FROM OUTSIDE THE UK!
I bought these shoes as they were from Clarks. They were too small and so set out to return them. They came from Amazon via a Seller (which I have used before). I set out to return the shoes and chose to do a pay myself option via the Post Office. I read how to do this on the Amazon page and duly ran off the labels I had to use to return them. Unfortunately I did not realise that they had to go back to the Seller outside the UK (my fault). When I took the parcel to the Post Office I found out that they had to go back to Slovenia!!!! I paid £15 for the parcel to be returned to Slovenia and waited for the money I paid for the shoes (£60) to be paid into my Bank Account once they had been received in Slovenia. That was on or about the 6th October, unfortunately I still haven't received my refund as of today 31st October. Upon checking my tracking reference number from the Post Office I find the said goods are still in the processing stage at Customs in Slovenia! I am now concerned that I may not see my £60 again as it seems a long time to get my refund as I've paid £15 for the privilege of returning the goods making my loss (at the moment) £75, a lot of money to be out of pocket!!!Please be aware when buying anything like shoes etc that they are from the UK as there seems a lot of red tape to go through when trying to get a refund. I'm not saying all goods from outside of the UK (on Amazon) are like this as I've never had one problem with anything I have bought on Amazon and have been happy with everything I've had and will continue to use my Amazon Prime subscription, this has just been a blip.

Not the best Clarks ever!...
Would have been perfect for my niece's wedding! Nice colour, but it ends there for me I'm afraid! Not a great fit. The suede was already marked. This pair had been tried before. The back of the right shoe had been trodden down, so was out of shape and felt baggy at the heel. Disappointed.
