So I really like this coconut because it’s not sticky at all it’s not sweetened it’s unsweetened and it’s perfect for those desserts where you don’t want added sugar you just want coconut. I actually use this in date bars that I was making and it was perfect. I would definitely buy this again so much better than the grocery store.

I love the aroma of coconut when I open this bag. It seems that sometimes the process of drying coconut robs it of that great smell, but that's not true for this bag — the coconut smells like fresh and tastes great.I wouldn't necessarily refer to these as "flakes" as is done in part of the listing here — from other brands, "flaked" coconut is larger pieces, so it might be a bit confusing. Expect finely shredded coconut, though, and you will be pleased.

This is amazing coconut. Plenty to go a long way. Organic quality and value is conveyed in the size of the bag. Lower fat snacks are a must. I dusted it on cake and keto friendly brownies with almonds. Low carb and i blended some with no calorie sweetener for my coffee too. Tastes amazing and good simple ingredient list of just coconut plain and simple.
