Mister Twister 120V Electric Knife (Green/Yellow)

Bought this to cut upholstery foam and for use in crafts. Inexpensive but works good

So I'm not an avid fisher. BUT, I love to fish for panfish. When I do it's to restock my fridge, freezer and belly. I went out a couple weeks ago and caught 22 (bluegill, crapi and perch). When it comes time to cleaning and filleting, it's not as fun as the fishing portion. For over 30 years I've trusted my craft and have chosen to always fillet with a fillet knife. NOT ANY MORE!!! For the win :) This is a great device, easy to clean and does the job in a fraction of the time. You will still need to use a regular rib knife to remove the rib sections from the fillets, but this is a total time saver. If there is any bad reviews, it's because the user didn't know how to fillet in the first place.

I don't fish, but I buy meat in bulk because its much cheaper. Husband and I have been using this knife, (which I originally purchased to slice bread,) take whole chicken breast and thin slice, like you would get in a supermarket. We then season, vacuum seal, and stuff the freezer. Its been one of the best things ever and this knife is a HUUUGE help. Prior to this we would use a chefs knife to cut the meat and there is just no comparison... Mr. Twister is fast and easy to clean. Great buy!

Looking for a top-notch electric knife without breaking the bank? Look NO further. This baby does the job with ease. Blades are sharp, effortlessly slicing through meats, fish and poultry. I am not aware of how it performs on foam and other non-food items. It fits my hand very comfortably with no issues related either to size or button placement. My use is quick jobs, cutting roast, turkey, ham and the like, so I have had no issues with overheating during prolonged use. For the average user, this unit is definitely several cuts above (no pun intended) the competition!

Ergonomic , blades cut well. Very useful Has held up well for couple years.

Got this as a gift for son in law last Christmas (Great guy, but is obsessive compulsive on neatness). He has had numerous other electric knives in the past that still "kind a sorta" work that he said will probably be in his next garage sale. He loves the coil cord as it is easier to keep out of the way and you don't have to wrap up to store. The knife is heaver than his others so it cuts through faster and cuts a more accurate size thickness of slices. The blades are very sharp and the short ones work great on ham etc. with the long ones working best on Turkey and larger stuff. None of the blades spread to shred the meat (one of his old ones was bad about that). He liked the power and said he couldn't choke it down like one of his lesser powered ones. Being very hard to please if he gives it a five I sure will as it was the best price for the most in an elect. knife.

Perfect knife for the last 30+ yrs

This is my second. I research and asked my big fisherman and he and I agree, this works as good and the expensive ones and is cheep and easy to replace. The last one cut great, but started to hiccup on me a bit. I keep it outside in a dock box year round, so I am to blame for the weathering. I'm in the midwest with high humidity. I'll buy a 3rd when its time for another. Thanks
