FindTape Polyester Felt Tape [1.5mm thick] (FELT-065): 3/4 in. x 50 ft. (Black)

I use parallax rings for my SolarMax II 90 telescope, but the original felt had worn out and become inadequate to secure the telescope shaft from sliding in a vertical position. I ordered this felt in a roll, and applied it to the inner part of the rings. Now the Telescope no longer slides back and forth when in the vertical position.

The adhesive liquefied, creating a huge mess that had to be cleaned up with lighter fluid, as nothing else would remove it. Rather than saving me maintenance by padding with belts, this created much more work. There is no way it was over there 150°F heat limit. I have a laser thermometer, and have verified this.

Put in on my vacuum so it stops chipping my base board, wind shades so they don't mark my windows sills, under pictures on my piano so they don't scrape... love this stuff.

The felt is thick and of high quality, and the adhesive is strong, stronger than the felt itself. It adheres very well to 3D printed PLA plastic. The adhesive is cleanly removable if needed, though.

Great felt tape! I used on my greenhouse wherever any metal would rub the poly covering. Good adhesion and it seems to be holding up will in the hot/humid greenhouse environment. I needed the white color to reduce heat stress on the poly as most of the available felt tapes are black. I bought a second roll already!

This is wonderful. We just moved in to a new place with wood floors. We used this in all our furniture. Easy to cut to size and peel backing. Good quality adhesive and felt. 10/10.

Fits on the rockers of my wooden rocking chair. Keeps rocker from sliding across floor.

Bought it to line a hat band, very good and also used for putting on bottom of chair legs , so far so good.

Works amazing for my projector border. Had it up for a couple months with no issues.
