This product is good, basket is low quality remaining over all good. Comparing the other cycles is very good.

Don't Buy It/Its a waste of your money.its side wheel fell off after a few months.They cannot provide any spare parts when one side wheel gets damaged.instead, they offer a refund for the damaged parts if you explain it in a video how the part got damaged.so their customer service is very very poor.I got the below mail from them when I requested for a side wheel.Dear Customer,Thank you for contacting us.We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide service for your product at this time. After reviewing the information you provided, it has been determined that your product is not eligible for service under the terms of our warranty or service agreements as it is Non repairable product and we do not ​provide spare part.We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The Product exactly matching with the picture and description as mentioned in the website. The Quality is of the product is one thing which makes me satisfied most about this product.

Cutting 2 stars because buyer is left to imagination on how to assemble the cycle. They could have given a simple step by step assembly book. Finally I watched some YouTube videos and assembled on assumptions.

RECOMMEND WITH SETUP

It looks good but from quality perspective it's the worst that you'd get in comparison to any other brand. Got this for my 3 year old son who honestly doesn't use it a lot as it's his first cycle and trying to learn and guess what the paddle is out just in a weeks time. I doubt that this product will be durable, with regular use maybe 8-12 months.
