So the holes are to deep and once you fill the capsules you can't get them out.

Well I finally got to use both sides and I'm very disappointed. 00 side slowed the capsule to wiggle around. So if you hands aren't steady it will be a mess.That's the exact opposite for the 0 side. Can't get the out and there to deep and bearly the top sticks out. I've been banging this thing to get the out with no luck. That $150 of medication wasted.Either you tolerances are off or the heating/ cooling ratios are off. Thin maybe to help pick the capsules. A chamfer around the leading edge may help for the capsules to slip in when using a shaker.

Neither size works for my capsules, I’ll have to return and try something different.

The holes are huge and all three are identical I thought they looked like different sizes in the picture the holes are so large you get more around the capsule than in the capsule very messy to use

Pros: double sided so you can use 1.5-2 ml on one side and 0.5 ml on the other. Inexpensive.Cons: height of the rack is small making the holes for the tubes shallow. The holes are a bit larger diameter than needed even for 2 ml tubes. Makes the tubes pretty wobbly in the rack. Not as good as racks purchased from more expensive lab supply companies, but for a couple bucks each they will work.
