Very soft, and very easy to put together. You can reverse the sectional as well. I love everything about the sectional. When it’s delivered you will get 3 boxes and the next following day the other box. I was kinda stressing but they delivered! Parts are underneath the couch. I love that it sits high and it’s so soft, most importantly the cushion don’t sink in!!! It’s a good size for my lil living room. WORTH the BUY!!! what you waiting on?

I found a new apartment that was small with a weird layout. My current couch was too big so I had to find a unique couch to fit the space. I wanted something I could fit in a corner and still look stylish while seating a group of friends. I needed velvet so my cat wouldn’t scratch.I came across this couch and it checked many of my wants. Hesitant about it being “firm” and it being from Amazon.I ordered Grey-B. With the ottoman.I took off a star because this couch was delivered 5 days early to the new apartment that I was not living in yet! It caused a few issues as you can imagine. I didn’t even get an alert that it was delivered.The couch directions were labeled but the parts were not. Some washers missing. My friend and I put it together in an hour. No tools required.I love this couch. I’m glad I took the chance. Came with two pillows and the ottoman has storage. The chase can switch to right or left to customize your space. Most of the time I use the ottoman to make the couch bigger when company comes over. I fall asleep on the couch so the “firm” isn’t a problem like I was imagining. The material is soft and the couch back cushions are Velcro. Easy to remove if someone bigger needed to sleep on the couch.I love the versatility and it fits my space wonderfully. I read every review and zoomed into every photo. Watched the videos over and over. Held my breath and purchased.My advice is to buy the square felt pads for the bottom of the feet if placing on hardwood.
