Very disappointing Quality
I bought this item last October, and it suddenly stopped working after just 9 monthsโless than a year of use, Amazon customer service asked me to contact samsung customer service who informed me that they scheduled techinison visit in 3 days without informing me of specific timing. Why do I have to wait so long to get this sorted by Samsung while the advice is still under warranty. Very disappointing experience.
