Great product for dry eyes!
Blink worked on my dry eyes! I was taking lutein in Areds 2 but it didn't seem to do the trick with my dry eyes. I switched to Blink and it saved me! Highly recommend asking your eye doctor if it's right for you!

Blink eye supplement
My eye doctor gave me a sample of these to help with my dry eyes. They work along with eye drops to keep eyes hydrated. Pricey though.

I had dry eye for 4 months, then after taking this product for 2 weeks, I was healed! No longer dry eyes!!! And I never write reviews but this one is worth it 100%

Problem with GI-Track
After years of dry eye discomfort Blink seemed like a miracle. I took one caplet each day and dry eye was gone. Then I started noticing a problem. I was going to the toilet (2) ten to twelve times a day. Sometimes I would have to go three and four times during one visit. I cut back to one pill every other day, same problem. I quit taking it altogether as the trips to the toilet returned to normal, but the dry eye came back. I tried one on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This seemed to solve the problem the dry eye was gone and I wasn’t tied to the bathroom for a while. But once enough built up in my system the toilet problem started again. Now I’m not sure what to do. I have quit it altogether again, but I know once the dry eye returns, I’ll want to try something. Maybe one of Monday and one on Friday will work. Has anyone else encountered this, or am I really that special?

I think they actually work!
Um, I think these simple vitamins are working, just finished a bottle and bought two more. Along with OptiCon Retaine PF eye drops, which don't cause any crusting unlike all the other PF eye drops I've used: Refresh Plus, Refresh Optive Mega, Systane Pro. I also use the B&L Soothe nighttime ointment and the MyHalos Moisture Chamber sleep mask, which is a game-changer too. I have very very dry eyes and 18 months ago I paid $800 for IPL for MGD that may have worked a little but was definitely gone by last August and I've since gone through all of the fancy PF eye drops. I really liked Miebo, but my insurance won't cover it and I can't do it even at the $200/mo "discounted" rate. Did you know that its key ingredient is OTC in Germany?
