Upon arrival the door was not closing properly and we had to keep securing it against a wall or a table so it latches shut.

Insulated hot food well. When empty, they're so lightweight they can blow away!

I bought a Vevor buffet set around the same time. The food pans did not fit. The box isn't wide enough. I transferred everything to large aluminum pans and needed to fold the sides of the pan up. I gave it a 3* because it's lightweight and deep. I would have given a lower score if not for that.
