About the Author Ron Rhodes (ThD), president of Reasoning from the Scriptures Ministries, is heard regularly on nationwide radio and is the author of The End Times in Chronological Order, The 8 Great Debates of Bible Prophecy, and 40 Days Through Revelation. He periodically teaches at Dallas Theological Seminary and several other seminaries.

One of the best books for understanding islam
although i find it hard to get on board with Ron Rhodes' writing style, as he presents his arguments with a rather nasty and arrogant tone, if you can remove yourself from the authors bias, and analyse the arguments he presents in an objective and impartial manner, then this book is priceless. Furthermore, due to the authors subjectivism, it is only appealing to a fairly limited group. This is because, this book is aimed at Christians with a heart for muslims, a muslim exploring the truth about his faith, would probably find this book, patronising and unhelpful, but thats not the authors fault as he has deliberately intended this book to be for the Christian who wishes to widen his/her knowledge of Islam.However, despite my criticisms and perturbed uncomforts, i feel that this is one of about 10 books out there that is necessary reading for any Christian wishing to pursue Islam and go down deep on the issues of the religion.
