Building LGBTQ+ Families + Improved Gut Health
I found this after seeing an Instagram ad and reading through a bunch of reviews. I’ve tried a lot of fiber supplements including flavored psyllium husk powders and this one is hands down my favorite. The fruity taste makes it way more enjoyable than the usual gritty, earthy formulas. It works exactly as described. Psyllium husk is a well known fiber for supporting digestion and regularity, but hydration plays a big role. If you’re not drinking enough water, any fiber supplement might fall short. I noticed a difference pretty quickly, about 12 hours after my first dose, which is exactly what I’d expect. It’s also priced better than most flavored options out there. Yes, it’s a little more than the basic orange stuff, but their mission (committing at least 5% of their revenue to organizations supporting LGBTQ+ family building) plus being a small business, makes me a customer for life.

BUM Cleanse- Delicious and Subscription Worthy!
Not only do I love the concept of BUM as a company, but then when you add in this delicious cleanse it is just the icing on the cake! The taste is delicious, the powder is not chalky and easy to mix, and it works like a charm! Another added bonus was the amazing price tag. I am definitely going to be signing up for a subscription of this cleanse.

Healthy colon
Working in the healthcare industry for almost 20 years, I know how important it is to have regular bowel movements. On top of my regular workout routine, using BUM Cleanse has helped improve my regularity. The mixed berry flavor mixes well and definitely helps to mask the psyllium husk. I will keep using this product to improve the health of my colon.

A big fat NOPE if you are trying to actually cleanse.
Tried for two weeks. Went from one scoop as recommended per day up to three scoops per day. Did not do the trick. Very grainy. Have to continually stir to not settle in the bottom of the cup. It is VERY sweet. I was hopeful. It was a waste of money.

Regular and solid
The digestive supplement helps with maintaining daily healthy bowel function. The easy mixing of the powder in water and good tasting flavor provides a quick addition to regular exercise and healthy diet in making life better. The only restriction is to use it at least 2 hours before or after taking medications, so it doesn't block the absorption of the medicine.
