This so far has giving me a great boost off energy for the whole day along with curbing my appetite. It tastes great and easy to mix whether at home or at the gym. I have not notice any type of crash at all or side effects and have had great energy so I'd say this has been very effective. This has been a great value for my money at under $2 a day. I would highly suggest trying this for energy, weightloss and a pre workout drink!

One scoop didn’t seem like enough but watch out when you take two

I look at reviews for the quality, value of money , and taste when it comes to things like this. A lot of these reviews implied that the taste was horrible in water… I disagree. At first I used it in sugar free Gatorade and it was HORRIBLE (I only used 1 scoop). It tasted SO SWEET. I’m not a huge fan of sodas or juice so for me, this and a bottle of water was perfect. The taste was there… it was not as sweet as it was with the sugar free Gatorade although I still tasted the sweetness. And yes it does help you sweat a little more than you usually would. I’ve been using it prior to my bike rides and before yard work. I think it’s been pretty effective. I must say I usually don’t sweat a lot when I’m working out or doing anything but this definitely gave me my sweats. I also saw reviews that the container came half full… I’m pretty sure mines did not which I guess I got lucky maybe?

It really gives me the additional push I need in the morning to go through my workout. I feel stronger.

The thermal effect and extra little pump is amazing! Did the job. Awesome when you don’t want to take pre workout, but want a little something. I have taken it done a 3 mil run took half a scoop and it pushed me through a 2mil walk & 40min workout. Wears off by the time your workout is done which is really nice. Tried it after taking along side of pre workout (Alani Nu) and it was perfectly fine in terms of performance. Taste - the kiwi - I’m not a fan. Sucking it up because of cost, but I cringe hard after chugging it. Results are worth the discomfort. I’ll probably try the other flavor in the future. But wow. Not a fan of the taste. It does not taste like kiwi or strawberry which was a let down considering I loved their protein powder.

I prefere to use this product over coffee. It gives the boost of caffeine without the crash coffee can have. It's sweet yet has no sugar. You do have to swirl it around in between sips since there's some separation, but that's like any pre-work out or bcaa powder.

Product is rock hard wouldn’t really call it much of a powder, I understand this must be a bad batch unfortunate for me I guess!!

The tub arrived sealed and the expiry date is 06/26, however when I opened it the powder inside was completely hardened like cement. The scoop was stuck inside the solid powder and it’s impossible to scoop or measure properly. In its current state the product is unfortunately unusable. Adding photos so other buyers can see how it arrived.
