I like to smoke big cuts of meat on my kamado overnight, this often involves staggering out into the garden in the wee hours to tend to it at certain points in the cook.i consider myself a pretty decent bbq cook but my brain just refuses to hang onto the numbers i need to remember for safe temps.this simple magnetic sheet has all the info i need to remember in F and C so i can avoid tricky conversions following US recipes/instructions.it's a simple product but i find it very handy. i think any bbqer would appreciate it as a small but thoughtful gift.
