The refrigerant scale came in today and it came in a soft bag but no hard case as pictured. I did try to reach out to the phone number and it rings until you get a busy signal. I tried that multiple times. I also sent an email as well as reporter the problem and no response. The hard case is a must for me because I am typically weighing refrigerant into systems on the ground. Item is not as described. Also when I pulled it out of the soft pouch it came in it appeared that there was some kind of a glue on the very back of the handheld portion. Picture is deceptive.

Would get 5 stars BUT!
As I mentioned would get 5 stars but! Here is the But part. Every time you go to use the scale you need to remember to re-set the scale to Ounces. Always comes up in pounds. I think the default should be ounces. As always IMHO.

it doesn’t work
I bought this for a birthday present and I bought it as soon as he mentioned he wanted it held it for his birthday and it doesn’t work my bad I’m stuck with it

Good for personal use
This scale worked well when I recently recharged my AC on my 03 Ranger. I compared the weight readings with a friend's professional scale, which was well within the margin of error for a scale like this. If anything changes my opinion, I'll come back to update my review; so far, it's worked out for me.
