Living World Wood Aspen Shavings, 2500-Cubic Inch

This is working well for my rats. I switched from paper to this, and my rats are breathing more easily and haven't gotten any more respiratory infections. I've bought the smaller container before, and found it quite dusty, I had to put it a mesh laundry bag outside and beat it to get all the dust out. This, larger container had no dust though. The price is affordable as well.

Good quality wood chips. Large pieces, not dusty, and most importantly, not scented. My Syrian hamster, Winnie, seems to love digging in it and incorporating it in his bedding. He does not sneeze or have any skin problems with this (nor do I). I love that this does not have a scent to it, which makes it healthy for Winnie and me. I highly recommend this product. These shavings are solidly packed. One big bag lasts me 3 months! They are soft and absorbable. My guinea pigs enjoy the comfort of them.

Good value, cheap price for a gigantic bag. But there is simply wayyy too much dust whenever you pour out of the bag. Might as well spend a bit more money and buy a dust free one, trust me.

I bought this as it was a better value than sizes sold in any brick and mortar store. It doesn't have a strong scent like pine or cedar shavings do. Our hamster sneezed a lot with pine/cedar bedding and I wanted it out ASAP. Enter aspen shavings.The package is large and can be difficult to store if you have a small space. And some of the shavings are very light and small and stick to the hamster's fur as she moves around.Excellent product for great value though, and I am happy that it does not bother her other than sticking to her butt and legs sometimes, lol.
