I bought this hoping that it would help with pain, discomfort and unstableness that I was having in my left knee due to osteoarthritis. I have been told that I will need a knee replacement at sometime. I have to admit that I wasn’t expecting the results that I got. For me this has changed my life big time. I can’t speak for anyone else as we are all different, but this item is pure bliss for me. I use this everyday and I have been almost pain free since using it. The strap sits just below my knee cap and has stabilised my knee cap and knee joint in a way that allows me to go about my day to day routines relatively pain free. I now have 3 of these and will definitely buy more. If anyone is wondering about sizing my knee measurement is 41 cm just below knee cap and the strap is approximately 45-46cm. It is large enough to fit comfortably without digging in. I hope anyone reading this is as lucky as me and finds relief with it but as I said what works for one doesn’t always work for others. It is not an expensive item but is made well and is of good quality. My advice if you are having any knee problems then get one and try it.

I bought these for my husband who has osteo-arthritis in both knees. He already has bulkier supports which cover most of the knee and which he uses to support his knees if he is doing anything which puts a strain on his knees eg. climbing a ladder, gardening etc, etc. However, while he finds these all-knee supports helpful for wearing for short periods, they are uncomfortable if worn for a longer period of time. He sweats and the supports chafe his skin and really irritate it. I thought these knee straps might be better for long term use so bought them so he could try them out. I have seen similar knee straps advertised in the press at a much higher price for a single strap. These Lokser straps are very reasonable priced for a pack of two and I felt that if they didn't help I hadn't wasted too much money. However, I am pleased to say that he really likes them. He wears them most of the time and they do not show when worn under his trousers. They are comfortable to wear and don't irritate his skin. They give his knees that little bit of extra support. He particularly struggles when walking downhill and he found the straps really helped. He walks our dog through local woods every day. The ground is uneven and the supports enable him to walk more easily over the rough terrain. If you have problem knees these are really worth a try.

easy to use, fit is expandable to fit most knees I would think. I was desperate for some knee support as told to young for a knee replacement ?!I have used it indoors and out doors, it aids walking up and down stairs, is comfy to wear, doesn't rub or chafe,when put in place stays where you position it !I am keen to use it on holiday to see if I can once again walk on the beach with reduced pain. Have not yet used it on a long drive, but do not feel anxious about that as I was before buying these.I still take prescribed pain relief , but knee doesn't feel like it will collapse on me.It says you can wash it in cold water, so I am going to try it for swimming see if it helps with that.I bought the 'pink' its a pretty colour, even though it wont be seen under trousers and long skirts, its still pretty.Exceptional value!!

Having been told, following xrays, that the pain I had been suffering in my knee was arthritus and having used my husbands knee support I decided to find something less bulky and more comfortable in order to be able to use regularly. This certainly fits the bill - I still get a bit sweaty underneath it but I have found the support they give was sufficient enough to ease the pain and I have found I no longer need them for now. They are also less noticeable when wearing under trousers although the dark blue colour makes them very obvious when wearing with shorter clothes.

I was very sceptical about these straps, I couldn’t see how they would work,I waited a month to review them because as usual Amazon want you to review a couple of hours after receiving items! I would urge anyone with bad knees to buy these, they hold up the knee to stop them putting pressure on the bone below and stop the pain. I was told a few weeks ago that I need a knee replacement and there is no cartilage left in between my knee joint, these have stopped the grinding and pain, I’m very pleased with them!

My wife has problems with her knee. She has tried various things over the last couple of years with, quite frankly, little help. We purchased this thinking, well let's try this I suppose!! The product was exactly as described and delivery was very quick indeed. It was also well packed. Other bigger companies could learn from these people. Back to the product! My wife tried this thinking that we have not wasted much. What a surprise we got! It worked wonders for her. At first she did not tighten it up too much and she still had some pain. Then she thought oh well, let's really tighten it up and what a difference. It has taken away a lot of discomfort she had. If you say that without this her pain is 100%, well with this on and tight that pain is only 5 to 10% at worst. I should add that with continued use her knee is getting better.

To begin with my poor knee felt no benefit with this, but after l recovered from severe pain, this strap has supported me to walk without my kneecap twisting and trying to move into a bad position, so l like it. I use it every day, as l need a little support as my knee is unstable. The straps come in pairs so will last a while, and the velcro strap really holds the tension and doesn’t come slack. The little buckle part needs to be used to hold the strap then the strap goes back to attach to the velcro. Be careful not to tighten it so much that it cuts off circulation. It’s a comfortable strap to be placed to support the bottom part of the knee, it won’t likely fit high up on the knee or around the kneecap, and it’s not intended to be used in those areas. When wearing it, you can bend the knee without being aware of the strap, so it’s flexable.
