Easy cable extension great for kickbacks
This is perfect for any cable machine to make easy effective extensions. It is especially useful for ankle straps for leg kickbacks so when you finish your set you leg isnโt just hanging in the air. Very useful and great quality with easy use.

Seem to be good quality and work well with lat bar.
Got these separately for a lat pull down bar. They work great, and I'm glad I bought them, as the lat bar would have been a lot more difficult to grab a hold of.

Heavy duty
This is a good cable for that extra length to work in any cable machine. Like the pic you only do get 2 links and 2 cables. So far it held up on my cable machine which has a max weight of 150 lbs. I added this cable to some pull down and row workouts and it feels solid and strong. The cables are about 10 inches with links on each end your looking at about a good foot 12 inches
