I wanted a non nonstick pan now tha know how the non-stick coatings are 'forever' toxic chemicals in the body eg 'Teflon' etc and I know the non-stickngets worn etc but lasts longer if careful.. This pan exoensive compared to the usual ones we buy but I looked at reviews on here and saw many v good ones also to my surprise, one received said that omelettes can be made successfully in it and there was a film clip of that. I had to try it and have made omelette in it yet but it is excellent- v smooth surface, handle will not get loose ie welded on, looks nice ie polished surface inside & out which I hope lasts a while ifcI take care of it. It weighs more than the usual pans but not too heavy. Easy to clean...I saw that it is made in Brazil - thankyou Brazil! A high quality item WITH A LIFETIME GUARANTEE!

Absolute top tier stainless steel pan, has great heat distribution, proper riveted handles, nice and smooth edges where the different layers meet and a good thick bottom for decent heat retention. It does pretty much everything that an All Clad pan can do for half the price, maybe the All Clad has slightly nicer finish and less of a curvature where the bottom part starts curling upwards.

I wanted a stainless steel pan b/c they’re east and require little maintenance. The NY Times Wirecutter rated this as a good pan, for the price. There are better ones that are much more expensive. This pan was also more expensive in Japan compared to the US.

I haven't use the pan yet. However the pan is made in Brazil so it's good. The weight is a little heavy though but that's expected for a 3ply clad pan. Seller was responsive to my query as well.

Love this pan! I purchased this to replace my old pan, which was too large and heavy — it does not fit in the sink and was a nightmare to clean. This one however, is the perfect size! It fits comfortably in the sink, and I expect it’ll do just fine on the top rack of the dishwasher when needed. Even though I’m already familiar with using stainless pans, I made sure to read the included manual and follow the instructions. The key takeaway: use low to medium heat. It takes a little patience to heat up, but once it does, it holds the temperature beautifully — no need to constantly adjust the heat once cooking starts. I actually had time to brew coffee and prep my pancake batter while it was heating up, without worrying about it overheating, and I finally made pancakes that weren’t burned or undercooked — something I’ve always struggled with! I’ve also cooked noodles with zero sticking or burning. So far, this pan has been a great experience all around. (Used a bunch of bananas for size reference in the photo!)
