I can't say that I'm an expert in wearing hair extensions, but very fortunately when I first starting wearing them last year my hair dresser picked out these products for me to purchase on Amazon. I love the quality and can't see wanting to try anything else. And by the way, this is my first ever product review. That's how good of a quality of a product that RemySoft makes! My wish would be that the products weren't so pricey though.

I've used a lot of different shampoos and some conditioners for my synthetic wigs and this combo is by far my favorite! Definitely more expensive than other brands but worth it. It has a light and pleasant scent and left my wig feeling "real hair" soft and very manageable. I recommend it!!

Horrible packing ,so far the products I have purchased on amazon ,no seller hasn't pack stuff this horribly ,the shampoo spillled out as they didn't bother to check if the dispenser is locked ,as a result it was everywhere ,lost 10 % of shampoo ,regarding shampoo ,it doesn't lather ,I kept pumping out more shampoo to get a decent lather to spread all over my hair while using with soft water ,the shampoo worked well along with conditioner ,which made my hair tangle free ,conditioner is best thing in this ,I haved use it just once ,and need to use more to judge it properly ,used the serum too and as in result hair was shiny and tangles free ,I wish it could be more mostriuzing as the hair was looking dry at the end of the day ,if you use hair system ,then it's better to invest in these than salon or drug store based to keep your hair revitalized

I have hair extensions weaved into my hair. This combo makes both my extensions and my own hair super manageable, soft and easily detangled. Will most definitely buy again. Very pleasant smell. Does not make my own hair greasy. Win win.

Worked fine on my hair, just doesn't smell very nice. And the pumps stopped working half way through the bottles.

I liked the texture and smell of the Hydrating cleanser and recovery cream. It made the strands of the wig soft. One thing I wasn’t fun of was the color of both products. I used the product for my wig as shown above.

Disappointed,No lather, and the rinse does nothing for untangling.. My hair is about 6” length…perhaps it works on short hair but didn’t on mine

I use the remy products and usually love them but this shampoo and conditioner ruined my hair extensions. I thought I would try it because the other Remy products have been awesome. I have blonde hair extensions and it stripped all of the gloss off them. My hair felt like straw. The plus side is that it was shipped quickly and you can return it if you don’t like it. Maybe it works better on darker hair?
