At first we thought it wouldn't fit for our drain, we bought it with the intent of using it for the shower. We initially just had it over the drain and it would float as soon as we would start the shower. Now I don't know if this is how it was intended to be used, but my mom pushed it down into the drain and it fits snugly, catches hair, and drains the water extremely well.

I love these. My kitchen sink and bathtub accepted them perfectly. My upstairs br sink drain stopper assembly never worked so I removed it but had to deal with this open drain that I hated. The drain was too small to allow the bottom of the thingy to seat properly so I just cut it off. The silicone is super soft and cut very easily. It still works just fine as a plug and a catch to keep rings, toothpaste caps, etc from dropping down the drain hole and it still stops the water when I close it, even after I butchered it.

It came with 3 different colors multi function shower drain stopper/hair catcher. They perfectly fit inside my shower tub drain, effortlessly gathering hair. The water keeps flowing slowly while I am taking the shower., but the hair stopper work amazing ( that’s what I need for). The hair is stored inside until the cleanup. These hair stopper will prevent long hairs from going down the tub drain in order to avoid costly plumbing problems. I like these so much!!

I like that it is effective for hair catching and that it does help my tub retain water. It doesn't catch smaller things the way metal mesh ones do, but that shouldnt be expected of this anyways. cleaning it out is a bit difficult because i have long hair and it somethimes tangles around the little head, BUT I do manage to get it out so all in all it does the job :)

Not super easy to put in the down position and the hair is pretty hard to remove. It does stop most of the hair. Also plastic has pulled out of the metal button on one in my kids tub as my three year old tried to pull it out instead of pushing the button. Not super durable.

Comes with 3. This is so convenient. When you flip it up, it drains the water but when you flip it down it stops the water. When it drains it also catches hair. So far it fits all the drains & I use all 3 around my house.

I liked the design of these, but with even a tiny amount of hair caught in it, the drain all but stopped flowing and started backing up. It was also really hard to clean the hair off of once it was all caught up.

This may work well on some drains, but it does not fit any bathroom drain as the description should suggest. I purchased for bathroom sinks, and it simply does not fit due to the curvature of the sink, which is the same as the majority ig bathroom sinks out there.
