If you leave the zippers zipped together at the top of the pack, gravity causes them to unzip your pack while walking. It's happened repeatedly to me now and caused my belongings to fall out behind me. Make sure to zip both zippers all the way to one side to prevent this.Also note that the white shell model scratches easily and if it gets scuffed or scratched it looks junky pretty quickly. When opening your Amazon box, DONT cut down the tape of the top of the shopping box with a knife! You'll cut the backpack shell as it is NOT protected or wrapped in any way inside the box.Not sure if the side pouches are really all that useful.. it's not good for holding my phone or a charger without them slipping up and out as I walk.Other than the above complaints, this works for holding my Oculus Quest 2, Switch, and all my essential gaming/mobile accessories/cords to accompany both devices and my phone quite well.
