Best Cush on the Market
The Alloy Art Cush Drive Dampener is the only one I'll put in my bikes!OEM is good for 25k to 30k miles, then becomes mush.#1Replaced on my 2014 FLHTK @ 32k miles and recently replaced the tires @ 48k miles, with the rear off had a peek at the Alloy Art Cush, other than smudges it looked/felt like new!#2Had a rear wheel bearing go bad on my 2015 FLHR this year @ 37k miles, the OEM cush was worn beyond further use, (partially due to the bad bearing) and at the time the Alloy Art Cush Drive Dampener would have taken 5+ days to arrive - with the bike on my Mech's lift/unable to move, I needed the cush quicker, thus ordered a different brand, (CCP) thinking it would be ok until the 50k service - NOPE. Had a nail in the rear tire 2 weeks ago, looked at the cush after 2k miles, garbage - ordered the Alloy Art Cush, waited a few days, installed - back on the road!I now keep a backup Alloy Art Cush should a need ariseI'll keep checking whenever the rear wheels are off, but appears I'll have another many x many miles to go B4 replacing...

Love this & Love Alloy Arts
This is my 3rd cush drive dampener (on 3 different motorcycles). This is probably one of the cheapest most effective upgrades that you can do; simply get one and the next time you change a rear tire swap out this one for the stock - you'll notice the difference. Alloy Arts riser bushings are great too.

Fit my 2018 Street Glide FLHX perfectly. Much better than stock, and more responsive. Cheap upgrade that is worth every penny.

More direct transfer of power to the wheel
Not sure how long the old damper was on my 2011 flhtk, likely from factory, install was easy, need a jack and the tool to adjust the cam style final belt drive tension. Shifting is sharp now and easier to find neutral, can feel the cush drive difference, maybe psychological but better

Perfect replacement
With my street glide having 66k miles on it, I decided to replace a few things including the cush drive. This has made a difference in the feel of acceleration and deceleration. Less jerky but more responsive.

UPGRADE FOR MOPOWAH
Super pleased upgrading to the alloy art cush drive allowed the power from my motor to get to my tire a lot faster i love it. So glad i made the upgrade

It does its job but not anything worth spending the time taking your back tire off for most benefit I got from it was being able to clean the area while tire was off
