The media could not be loaded.  I ordered this as a summer toy for my kids, thought it would be fun as a reward dispenser. It was easy enough to set-up, but when we started to use it, we quickly discovered that the claw was actually broken and would not open or close.The instructions are very unclear when it comes to troubleshooting and getting started. Eventually we were able to fix the chain and connect the claw how it needed to be to function correctly.After it was fixed, it's worked great...but it was a royal pain to fix.

This is a cute novelty toy. It's very easy to assemble, and it even comes with a pack of toys to grab. The machine plays music when turned on, but the speaker isn't very good so the sound quality isn't the best (which might be funny or annoying depending on the person). The mechanics for the claw are very rudimentary, but it still ended up being fun to use. The controls for moving the claw left and right is controlled manually by winding a handle. The start button and up/down controls are battery operated (4 AA batteries or USB powered). It even has a sensor in the prize drop slot that gives a cute little sound clip when you win. It could be better with some design and quality improvements, but even so, my 19 year old claw machine addicted daughter keeps reaching for it and playing with it multiple times each day. Overall, it's just a plastic toy, but a super fun one especially if you like claw machines. We don't even have young kids in the house. We got it for our college aged daughter and she has fun with it.
