Great little mobile phone. Bought this for my mum who is in her 80's and she is enjoying using it. The larger size buttons make it easier for her to use and it is very clear. Charges quickly and with no issues. I also like the torch button that you can switch on and off if needed. All round a great phone for the elderly or those with not too much technical knowledge and just want a simple phone to use. Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I just purchased this, and I must say I am really impressed. The delivery was very swift, and the packaging of the item, excellent! I give it a SOLID 5! I already like the look of the phone; the buttons are big and easy to click. I can't wait to make use of it and come back with another review soon.

For starters you will have to get a younger soul to set it up as it would be double Dutch to a senior who isnt tech savvy.I took three folk to sort my this phone I bought for my senior husband

Easy to use, Bright screen big letters great addition of an SOS Button on the back for emergencies and peaces of mind for the family, Best Thing for us is the Loud Volume as my grandfather is deaf so this on speakerphone using his hearing aids allows him to speak with us and friends more efficiently. Brilliant phone, Great price 😁

Brought this phone as an emergency back up phone for my elderly mother so we can always keep in contact in the event her other phone is not working . however trying to set up emergency contact numbers to call at push of SOS button it only calls one number does not send message and does not call anyone else on SOS contact list as it is supposed to do phone also have to say phone did send SOS call to me today when I called my mother back got no answer so called her back on her normal mobile phone asking is everything ok she said yes also said SOS phone was in another room still in charging cradle she hadn't even touched it so either it was poltergeist activity or phone is faulty either way it is not worth keeping must say to submit review had to give star rating couldn't go lower than one it won't allow me to
