I used this as a scrub as suggested for face and body and massaged it in for 5-10 minutes as directed. Afterward my 59 year old dry skin was as soft as a baby. My skin clearly loves this stuff. It is messy, but I use it in the shower.Also, the container is packed full. Most containers like this come about half full, but not this one.

This mud mask is exceptional. I really believe this is one of those "best kept beauty secrets." I had a jar for the longest time and moved away from the store where I purchased it originally. I was so happy to see that Amazon carried it. I still have my new jar unopened because a little goes a really long way. I have very sensitive skin and I can always count on this mask to be soothing and purifying without making my skin agitated or red. It is one of the finer masks that is natural and healthy to use all over your body in addition to your face.

I love this stuff. It is a dark brown powder that you add water to. I have used it in the shower and the bath. I like it because it seems to calm my skin down making it a lot less irritated. Be careful if you use it in the bath because it will be messy and might stain your bathtub (it just cleans off mine). I use this on my face as a mask all the time with great results.

I love this product, have used for many years and am so glad to see it here in a new container. It works for so many things on my skin. I also use it for a exfoliating scrub which makes you feel awesome afterwards.

a little lasts a long time, very effective cleans. I got this after reading the Essene Gospel of Peace where Jesus used mud baths to purify his disciples, along with other things (fasting, enema etc)
