Bad Experience.
I am quite disappointed with the quality of this iron. The product description mentions an American Heritage Non-stick Coated Sole Plate for smooth gliding and long life, but my experience was the opposite.During the very first use, when the iron was heated for the first time, a small fingertip-sized spot of the sole plate coating came off. This was quite surprising for a brand-new product.While ironing, I placed the hot iron on the bedsheet that I usually keep underneath the clothes for ironing. The sole plate started picking up the color of that cloth, and the same color then got transferred onto the shirts and pants I was ironing. This is a serious problem because it can damage clothes.Another issue is that the sole plate does not appear to be fitted tightly. There seems to be slight play in it, and when I lift the iron it makes a sound and feels loose, which gives an impression of poor build quality.Overall, the product does not meet the expectations of durability and quality that were implied in the description.

A proper functioning Iron box. Worth the price.
Finally I found a good dry iron. I tried GM iron 4 times along with replacement and other model but wasn't satisfactory. All of them has thermostat control issue. I tried Richo but that had huge heat looss. You will start sweeting because of heat radiation from the iron box. So returned it. Finally took this and it's found to be ok. Heat radiation is very less. And the temperature control was working fine. It has a bit of stability issue that at its seeting if the surface is not flat it can fall. But overall the product is worth giving a 5 star.

It is too heavy to iron the clothes
It weighs too much. If you are finding for a light weight iron box this is not at all recommended. Even the wire length is short.
