All right if you find Barbell/Dumbbell Too Thin
Great and Easy to fit

Good but chunky
They hold in place well but they're quite large. This makes holding on for pull exercises diffucult sometimes. They work well for push exercises though i.e. bench press, shoulder press. Would still recommend. If only they were a bit thinner!

Helps If Your Weights Don't already Have Rubber Grips
I was not sure if I was going to be able to use these and hopefully from my photos you will see the answer is no.If the shaft of your weights is the same diameter as the hole in standard weights these should fit and make them more comfortable in the palm of your hand which is there function..As my ones have grips built in putting these on top makes them too big to fit in your hand.My other weights which are solid have triangular shaped shafts so no use on them either.

Dense foam covers for weight bars
The foam is really think so offers good cushioning against a weight bar, useful if you're resting the bar of your body, but also spaced at each end of the bar to aid lifting its quite comfy. The grips also stops your hands getting that metal smell. The only thing I'm not keen on is that the cut in the foam is thin, just a cut not a small space and the material is not stretchy/elastic. Hence at least when new getting these on an off the bar is a bit of a job, not great if you want to take them to a public gym rather than keep them permanently on a fixed set of weights at home.

Well made, effective.
A well priced and well made pair of silicon fat grips for dumbells ... they were easy to fit, grippy and solidly made.A wider grip is supposed to improve muscle activation in your arms and these grips are a very cost effective way of getting the most out of your sessions.

Work as described
Good grips that work exactly as described. They make you grip in a way that gets more out of a session and builds muscle over time. Useful addition to your home gym. If you take them to a gym, remember to bring them back - I've lost a couple in my time by leaving them behind.

Fine with me
I should have thought about this but I was not aware of bar grips as I only exercise at home and do not go to any gym. This has really helped me. The metal used to dig into the palms of my hands. Now I am able to lift more with feeling pain in my palms. Now I am able to show my actual endurance to the weights as I do not have to stop due to painful hands.Puting them on and removing them is effortless by just opeing them, no need to unscrew the weights from the bar. The quality is good, I will see how well they will keep.

Easy to use, but time will tell if they work
These new grips will fit onto 1" or 25mm diameter bars. The bore size is a little under 25mm (I reckon about 24mm using a tape measure) so they grip well and are easy to fit. They're made of a very dense and waxy feeling plastic and are comfortable in use. If you want to keep them for yourself, they won't take up much space in your kit bag either. The idea behind them (I think...) is they help to build your muscles by increasing the diameter of the shaft of your bars, and I can feel the difference in my hands and arms when using them.Obviously, it's going to be difficult to know if or by how much they've increased my strength, but for the time being, they're an interesting idea and one I'm going to persevere with for a while. They're certainly a lot cheaper than buying large diameter Olympic bars and weights, and of course you can move them from bar to bar as required. On my initial impressions, I'll give them four stars as I quite like them, and I'll try to update my review once I've been using them for a bit.
