Solid, sturdy and easy to use. It is very heavy

Works as expected although super heavy to move around and install on the trailer hitch. The rack when attached to the car and folded upwards may hit the back of the car so I suggest adding a hitch extender to eliminate this.

Nice rack, well built. Easy to assemble. What’s not to like?

The media could not be loaded. Not rated for 200lbs. Carrying two E-Bikes 52lbs each and the weld and support is the weakest link they built everything good except the weakest piece of metal where it connects to the hitch. Bad engineering bad design. Now I’m stuck on a cross country trip having to try and fix this to limp to our next destination

Finally put this on our truck only to discover that it's welded crooked to the hitch. 1/4 inch off on one side vs the other. Will have to make due bur disappointed.

This a nice, heavy duty, very secure bike rack for transporting ebikes. I have mine configured so it can be carried in the hitch receiver of my truck, or bolted to the cargo tray on the back of my camper. Either way, my our ebikes are secure and safe for transport.

Overall I like this. It is us very sturdy. Be sure to tighten the bolts that were done at the factory. After my first 5 hour trip, the nuts were almost off. After tightening they have been fine. We have 4 inch tires so the ramp works but is tight. The wheel straps ratchet nicely and have been secure. We really like the lock mechanism. Our bikes are step through so we had to buy bars to span the gap. We do struggle a little getting both secureed. The middle pole could be 3 inches taller. We have bikes in opposite direction. Our bikes are velocitric nomads. Overall a good product.

I contacted them because I’ve had an issue with the way my heavy EBike was secured and they made it right so that it’s very secure. I don’t have a doubt it’s solid where ever I go now. Plus all the parts are lifetime. I’m good with that.
