Does exactly what it says on the cover
For those familiar with NEC3 ECC (Engineering & Construction Contract), this is easy to use. NEC4 clauses are listed in order with equivalent NEC3 ones beside them. There are also clear explanations included which explain the rationale for each change. Useful reference glossaries of new ECC4 terms are included throughout with comparisons where appropriate, e.g. Client=Employer, Scope=Works Information. As an introduction to NEC4 and guide to the changes, this is very good value.

Poor Value
This book is disappointing primarily because it fails to make a detailed compare NEC 3 and NEC 4. It effectively provides a copy of NEC 4 and highlights words that have changed without expressly stating the changes. From the title I was expecting a 'track change' type of document that stated each change with an explanation, rather than a summary at various intervals. I am amazed this has been produced as a book. The title is misleading. POOR VALUE
