We strung these tags on wire through meat that we cooked on our smoker. Some were to identify what we cooked for other people and some to identify different flavoring on my bacon.The tags were perfect! They are light enough to stay in place but study enough not to burn up.We washed them to re-use next time. I don't forsee ever having to purchase these again. Just what we needed!

The numbers are not raised or indented. Some have been accidentally painted over, permanently obscuring the number.

Price and quality

Wonderful quality. Thick sturdy steel. Highly polished mirror finish. Smooth edges. Clear and legible. Uniform. If you need indelible number markers, for about 50 cents each, I think this is a good option. They came jumbled in a small box which was a minor annoyance. Overall, very happy 5 stars.

These are very nice, solid, heavy-duty stainless steel tags. They're much nicer than I expected.As you can see from the picture, you get all fifty.All of the numbers are centered and all edges are nice and smooth. There are so many uses for these tags. I am very impressed with them.
