Nice to have if power goes out.
I bought this as part of my backup plan should the house power go out / as an alternative to having to fire up the loud, gas-guzzling generator. I had recently put a pig-tail on my furnace so that it's ready to use and alternate power source and thought that hooking up this inverter will be much quicker, easier, and quieter. When it arrived I tested it to see if the sine wave seems to be fairly clean, which it does per my quick testing. A fan I hooked up to it did not sound any different than it does when hooked up to house power, and a light bulb in a lamp I plugged into it ran the same as it does on house power as well - steady light with no flickering. Very pleased to now have this took in my arsenal.

Very purposefully dishonest and deceptive sales information!!! A total waste of money for me. Iโll just toss in trash since I wasnโt able to get it out of the package in time for a return. The product information and a Rufus search when reviewing to purchase this inverter show the following: Roarbatt spec in Amazon says true sine wave with some ambiguity. In reality and also shown in received manual says it is a modified sine wave. This is a worthless inverter for my application. No load current spec is improperly detailed in Amazon specifications. In reality, the no-load current is 1 amp+/-.2 amp as labeled on unit. I was expecting a higher no load efficiency so that it wonโt run the battery down too fast. ๐

Simple setup. Great readout with error codes and simply turn off/on to reset after correcting the code issue. No problems ...

Well built and could handle a full draw of load. Worked well with my 100ah battery with a 300A peak rush load.

Easy to use, low noise and powers basic loads.
Easy to use and powers basic loads. It powered a 1.5Cubic ft minifridge though with some struggle as compressor starts. Battery was a 12v 280ah giant.

Good value, fast shipping and packaged well.
Really like the USB ports. Used it camping with my solar panels, no problem with air beds, lights, stereo... I would recommend. I'll be shopping for a much larger one for our off grid place.
