I am writing this review to bring everyone attention a serious incident I experienced with my Aster electric scooter, which I purchased on July 29, 2024.I have been using the scooter for the past 1 days, but unfortunately, this morning, it dismounted while I was riding. This unexpected malfunction resulted in injuries to my body and damage to my personal belongings, including my mobile phone and sunglass etc. It’s disheartening to experience such an event, and I genuinely believe that human safety should be a priority in the design and manufacturing of such products.I am planning to file a formal claim with the manufacturer regarding this matter. If necessary, I am prepared to pursue legal action to ensure that I receive a full refund for my purchase.
