Nope, not for me. I have very long, very fine wavy frizzy hair, with some breakage underneath caused by friction with my clothes. I washed and deep conditioned my hair (including a K18 treatment), used my normal leave-in conditioner and oil, then added about a quarter-sized dollop of Nard curl cream. I plopped my hair in a net and let it air-dry all evening, wrapped it into an unsecured bun, and put on my silk bonnet for bed. The next morning, my hair was sooooo dry, hard, brittle and gross. My ends were matted and stuck together. It just felt really disgusting and looked frizzy, dull and awful. I tried rinsing with distlled water, co-washing, then reapplying my leave-in and stylers, but my hair still felt terrible. I ended up having to get back in the shower and wash and condition my hair all over again. Just to be sure my first application wasn't a fluke, I wet the end of my braid and reapplied a small amount of the Nard this morning. My previously smooth, silky ends are once again dry, frizzy, and tangly. Waste of money, going in the trash.
