My kids are so excited for this toy. So many interesting pieces. Well worth the price. I'm actually surprised at how low the price is for what you get

very difficult to assemble
This comes in sheets of wooden parts you snap out. Hundreds of parts, directions are only a picture.It shows numbered pieces, but non are numbered. About half of the pre-cut holes will not pop outand when you push, the pieces break. This is a very flimsy thin wooden pirate ship. Not made forkids. I am returning the one I got for my grandson. Even if it could be put together, it will not hold upto any kind of play. I would not recommend buying this.

If your child ever dreamed of being a pirate, this is the playset!
This is an amazing mix of pirate figures, cannons, locked treasure chests, tropical trees, rocks, a plastic mat depicting the ocean, shoreline, and jungle, and a magnificent pirate vessel complete with sails and rigging...(Oh, did I mention that you have to construct that ship? No worries: there is a single instruction sheet in small print which serves as a template...how hard could it be?)YIKES!Well, I still gave it 5 stars, because my grandson fell in love with the "skeleton guys" when I showed him everything on a FaceTime call. He was thrilled to see all the other parts as well, especially the picture of the ship, and he very sweetly asked if I would be assembling it by Saturday (we were speaking on Friday) so he could see it next time his mother calls me. What could I say but yes, of course, and I promised him he'd have a sea-worthy vessel in 24 hours!This playset will provide hours of imaginative fun; my grandson has already suggested having the pirates go up against the guys in the aircraft carrier set he got previously...!

Horrible
Do not purchase this product! The pirate ship will not stay together and the directions to put it together are pictures that are not labeled well at all. Waste of money and time

6 million tiny pieces to put together.
This toy is cheaply made. The pirate ship comes in sheets of very thin wood. There are approx 7 million pieces that need to be punched out. It takes 3 hours to assemble the ship and another 3 days to attach the sails.Not worth it!
