A bit heavier on stomach
This is the first energy gel I ever tried. The taste was okay, and although it was not very heavy on stomach but for 10-15 min you burp frequently & do feel a little bit in stomach (not very troubling but still). It was only after I tried fastup & unived, I realised how good those products are compared to this. Not recommended :( Also a tip for fellow runner/cyclists, always stay hydrated while consuming gels. It is very much required for easy absorption by the body !
