What version is this? I have noticed there are two different versions being sold.

2 Gold in the middle is standard size and 2 gold tips is smaller version. I had the smaller version and I sent it back because I did not like the way my music sounded on it.

Could this stay in place while running?

Not likely - it’s a loose fit - maybe light running but I doubt it - I only walk with it and I do love it it for that purpose.

Does this connect to desktops? I can’t seem to connect via Bluetooth or cable

I am connected to my iPhone via Bluetooth . I don’t think that a desktop computer has Bluetooth. And l know the petite doesn’t have cable connectivity.
