If you find a hot sauce with gluten in it you're better than I am. Then again my Kroger store brand "Afrin" nasal spray said it was gluten free so I realized people think it's in everything.

I like medium hot is this very hot ?

The black is a low to medium heat. The flavor is outstanding There is definitely a sweetness to it. The guy that said it tastes like ketchup - I'd like to have his ketchup. I'd consider myself a medium heat level guy. I can handle killer hogs, howler monkey original, lingham hot sauce, gochujang and Cutino chipotle hot sauce with the Cutino Chipotle being probably near the limit of my heat.
