Didn’t meet my expectations
Top plate’s size is slightly bigger than an arm’s base. Bottom plate has the same size as an arm’s one. I don’t know what I paid for Updated: Changed my review. The product still doesn't meet my expectations, I don't think I will buy again. BUT the manufacturer is very customer oriented. They contacted me and offered to refund my money, although I did not ask for and do not want a refund because I am really happy with the arm. Their attitude towards customers is like no other. They did not ask me to change my review, but I am so surprised they reached me out that I want to do it.
